Return Policy

Thank you for shopping with Clearly Luxe Boutique!

Our Customers are very important to us and we strive to make each order special.  We hope you love your purchase, but if you are not completely satisfied please review the information below.



Our policy last 30 days. If items are returned after 30 days, the return will not be accepted.

Merchandise may be returned for STORE CREDIT only within 30 days of delivery. The customer is responsible for all return shipping cost. We recommend a shipping method that provides a tracking number. A store credit code will be emailed to the email address on file within 7-14 business days after we receive the returned item.

All returned items must be unworn and unwashed with original tags still on and include original packing slips.  Items that appear worn, or that have stains, pet hair, odors, etc will not be accepted.

Items must be in resalable condition. This includes excessive wrinkling. Please fold your merchandise before packaging it for return. If an item is not accepted, you will be responsible for the return postage. If you choose not to have your unsalable items returned to you, they will be donated to a non-profit organization.

Several types of items are exempt from being returned for store credit.

This items includes:

    • Items marked Final Sale
    • Clearance Items
    • Accessories (Jewelry, Hair Accessories, Scarfs, etc)
    • Gift Cards

If items are returned after 30 days, return shipping must be paid by the customer within three business days or the item(s) will be donated to a non-profit organization.

The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend a shipping method that provides a tracking number.

Clearly Luxe Boutique is not responsible for products lost or damaged in the mail.  The Postal Service or UPS will be responsible once we ship the packages.

Clearly Luxe Boutique is not responsible for products marked 'Delivered' by the Post Office. You will need to check with your local Post Office to obtain information regarding your package. Please allow 3-4 business days for us to receive the return, and 7-14 business days for our return department to process the store credit.


Due to our limited quantities and high demand of our products, we are unable to offer exchanges on any items. We recommend purchasing the item, and then shipping back the returned product. Returned items will be processed for STORE CREDIT ONLY. 


We inspect all of our items before they are sent out. If you receive an item with any defects, please take a photo of the damage and email us immediately at and we will get back to you with in 48 hours.

All defects and issues must be notified by email with in a 3-day window from delivery and must include photo along with the order number.  We are not responsible for damages to clothing as a result of improper care or handling, or incorrect sizing.

Any item defects found after 3 days of receiving the shipment will be further assessed by our team. After 3 days, no refund is guaranteed.

We cannot make exceptions once you have had the merchandise in your care for a longer period of time, or if you’ve removed tags, washed or worn it. 

*** Items are photographed to its very best to display accurate colors, measurements and patterns. Please beware that various computer/mobile devices have different color display profiles. Items with slight variances will not be considered defective, as each item may be unique in pattern/color.
